If you need help with MaPa Money, email mapauniverse@gmail.com.

Please do not include financial records, backup files, backup passwords, or screenshots of your ledger in support messages. Those materials stay under your control on your device.

What to include

• a short description of the issue;
• the MaPa Money version, if you know it; and
• your device model and Android version, if relevant.

If you contact support from inside the app, your email application may be prefilled with basic diagnostic information such as app version, operating-system information, or locale. Sending that email is optional.

Privacy

MaPa Money is an offline-first personal finance tracker. Your ledger stays on your device unless you choose to export, share, or email information yourself. Read the MaPa Money Privacy Policy for the full description.
